Stevo Forbrick - Copying Child Porn images at Wal- Mart

A subsequent search of Forbrick’s van turned up 29 DVDs and videos, most of them containing footage of fully nude boys doing various activities. According to the Safford Police report, none of the boys appear to be over the age of 15, and most of them appear to be 10 years old and younger.

A man who lives in his van was arrested for sexual exploitation of a child after officers discovered copious amounts of child pornography in his possession.

Wal-Mart employees called the Safford Police after noticing the man, later identified as Stevo Forbrick, 50, was scanning images of young nude boys at its photo kiosk

After being questioned by a Wal-Mart manager, Forbrick allegedly told him, “I don’t have time for this,” and left the store with his original photos but not the photo CD to which he scanned the photos.

The photo CD was handed over to police, and it was found to contain 21 images of nude or partially nude boys all under the age of 15.

Officers could not locate Forbrick or his van on Wal-Mart property but were able to give a description to the police dispatch that alerted all law enforcement agencies in Graham County to attempt to locate.

At approximately 9:06 a.m., the Department of Public Safety alerted Safford Police that DPS officer Stewart Shupe had made a traffic stop on the van at milepost 113 on Highway 191 as it headed south out of town.

Safford officers and detectives descended on the scene and asked Forbrick about the photos.

Forbrick claimed they were of his children in Venezuela but could not give any names, birthdays or contact information for the boys or their mother.

A subsequent search of Forbrick’s van turned up 29 DVDs and videos, most of them containing footage of fully nude boys doing various activities. According to the Safford Police report, none of the boys appear to be over the age of 15, and most of them appear to be 10 years old and younger.

Police also noticed a scanner that was tuned into the police radio frequency. The scanner was hooked up to the van’s speakers, and the officers could hear themselves through the speaker system when they used their radios.

A metal pipe and possible peyote plant parts were also seized.

Forbrick was booked into the Graham County Jail for sexual exploitation of a child and is being held on a $15,000 cash bond.
