A former Fircrest Boy Scout leader could face life in prison under a plea agreement.
Sixty-one-year-old Price Nick Miller Jr. of Gig Harbor pleaded guilty Monday to second-degree child rape and second-degree child molesting. Miller faces at least eight years and five months in prison, but he could wind up in confinement indefinitely, depending on how he responds to sex offender treatment. Sentencing is set for April 25.
Miller originally was charged with seven offenses, including first-degree child rape. His guilty plea involves two boys, each 12 to 14 years old, between 2002 and 2004.
Investigators say he knew both families but met one of the boys through the Boy Scouts. Miller was an assistant Scout leader in Fircrest for three years.

This man has been raping boys for over 40 years. He should never be let out of prison-he should sit and think for the rest of his life what he has done to the many lives that he has ruined and changed. Any assets that he has or had should be given to victims for treatment that they need to be healthy and productive. The only reason that he pleaded guilty is he knew there was a long line of people that went to the police what were willing to testify against him.
