A Sheboygan man faces a preliminary hearing Wednesday on sex-related charges after he came to Appleton, allegedly to meet a 14-year-old girl.
Carlo Lutzke, 22, was charged Thursday in Outagamie County Circuit Court with child enticement, using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime and causing a child to view sexual activity. His bond is $10,000.
According to the complaint, Lutzke planned to meet a girl with whom he had been chatting on the Internet. The "girl" was a volunteer connected to the Perverted Justice Organization, whose members pose as underage children on the Internet to capture pedophiles.
Lutzke was arrested at an arranged destination in Appleton.
