Clarence Newcomb - Drug Dealing Pedophile Child Pornographer Hotel Worker - Bragged about raping children

According to the informant, Newcomb and a friend smoked crystal meth and looked at videos and photos of children aged 3 to 4 being sexually assaulted by adults. Newcomb also bragged about raping children, according to a police report.

A New Hampshire man who allegedly bragged about raping young children, distributed child porn and sold crystal methamphetamine out of a Danvers hotel where he worked was ordered held on $200,000 cash bail today.

Clarence Newcomb, 40, of Manchester, N.H., was arraigned in Salem District Court on child porn and drug charges after a month-long investigation involving federal drug agents and state police in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Newcomb allegedly sold crystal meth to an informant on several occasions, including once inside a room at the Sheraton Ferncroft hotel, where Newcomb was employed, according to a police report. He also was in possession of the date rape drug GHB, as well as ketamine, an animal tranquilizer known as “Special K,” according to a police report.

He also allegedly had an arsenal of child pornography, including still images and videos of adults having sex with children as young as 3, that he kept on his laptop computer and repeatedly showed to the informant, according to a police report.

“Newcomb told (the informant) graphic stories about him having sex with small children,” according to a police report.

He also allegedly told the informant he and another man drugged children.

The Massachusetts attorney general’s office received a tip in August about Newcomb’s alleged drug dealing after an informant met with Newcomb inside the Sheraton Ferncroft, a suburban hotel with a waterpark.

According to the informant, Newcomb and a friend smoked crystal meth and looked at videos and photos of children aged 3 to 4 being sexually assaulted by adults. Newcomb also bragged about raping children, according to a police report.

When the informant left the hotel that night, he noticed Newcomb working behind the front desk in the lobby.

During the next month, the informant allegedly bought drugs from Newcomb three times. During the last buy, Newcomb transferred child pornography images from his laptop to give to the informant, according to the police report.

Newcomb was arrested yesterday at his New Hampshire home.

Newcomb allegedly admitted to police that he downloaded child porn and had drugs in his possession.

Newcomb is charged with two counts of possession of a Class A drug - ketamine and gamma hydroxybutyric acid, or GHB, and possession of a Class B drug, crystal meth. He is also charged with distributing obscene matter, distributing material of a child in a sexual act and possession of child pornography.
