Federal marshals are looking for Anthoniey Anthony, who is wanted for failing to register as a sex offender.
Police in Virginia also want to arrest Anthony, who is accused of molesting a relative there.
Anthony, 41, has a long criminal history, including convictions for sexual assault, battery, intimidation, domestic violence, carrying a concealed weapon and theft, Deputy Marshal Brian Koerbel said.
Anthony is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 146 pounds. He is known to frequent the West Side Catholic Center at West 32nd Street and Lorain Avenue and the homeless shelter at 2100 Lakeside Ave., Koerbel said.
