A registered sex offender in Jefferson County was indicted on child pornography charges.
Arthur Kniffley is accused of possessing and distributing child pornography on his computer.
According to the affidavit filed in federal court, young females under the age of 10 were on the images.
Kniffley was previously convicted of sexual abuse
against victims ages 4, 10 and 11.

The 34-year old is scheduled to be in court next week.
