HOUSTON — A League City man will spend the next 12 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to receiving child pornography. Keith Hernandez, 24, will also have to register as a sex offender upon release from prison.
Hernandez was arrested in 2005 after an online sting conducted by the Texas Attorney General’s Office. Investigators with the attorney general’s office were tipped off to Hernandez’s Yahoo.com profile.
On the profile, Hernandez listed his occupation as “Sexual Predator” and posted several photos that investigators found to be child porn. A raid of Hernandez’s League City home uncovered more than 2,000 child pornography photos and 153 child porn movies on his computer hard drive.
