James Turner Yager - Repeat Sex Offender - Couldn't stop trading images of children being abused

A convicted sex offender who spent time in prison for distributing child pornography is back in custody for the same crime.
Tuesday morning FBI agents raided the Chester home of 30-year-old James Turner Yager. According to a federal criminal complaint, an FBI agent in San Diego working undercover in a chat room known to be frequented by people trading child pornography stumbled upon Yager allegedly posing as a young girl.
Court papers show the undercover agent received several files containing images of child pornography. Investigators were able to track down the computer account of the person sending the files. That investigation led to a Comcast account at a home on Gary Avenue in Chester. Neighbors say that's where Yager lives with his wife and brother-in-law.

Neighbors tell CBS 6 they spotted FBI agents removing boxes and computer equipment from the home. The criminal complaint revealed Yager had approximately 600-700 pornographic images and 10-15 video clips stored on a photo card.

At a detention hearing Thursday afternoon, Yager waived his right to a preliminary hearing and no evidence was presented. The matter will now be turned over to a Grand Jury. The federal judge in this case did not set bond. Yager remains in the custody of U.S. Marshals.
