Warren P. Prevorse Child Pornography

Monroe County Sheriff’s deputies today announced the arrest of a Chili man accused of having multiple child pornography images in his home.

Warren P. Prevorse, 50, of 16 Morgan Road, was charged Saturday with nine counts of possession of a sexual performance by a child, and 38 counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child under 17, both felonies, said Cpl. John Helfer of the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies started investigating Prevorse in July and on Aug. 17, executed a search warrant in Prevorse’s trailer. Prevorse was allegedly found to be in possession of multiple digital images and printed images of child pornography, Helfer said.

Prevorse was arraigned in Chili Town Court and was remanded to the Monroe County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail and posted bail that same day, Helfer said.
