A Lincoln man is sentenced to more than 40 years behind bars for sexually assaulting two young girls.
37-year-old Randall Poore plead no contest to first and third degree sexual assault charges in September.
Investigators say he met a 12 and 13 year-old girl at a grocery store, invited them to his apartment, assaulted them and took pornographic pictures on his cell phone. He also plead no contest to a charge of generating child pornography.
Poore's attorney says he is unlikely to be paroled when he becomes eligible in 20 years because he's already served time for similar crimes. Poore was released from state custody in June 2006 for an attempted sexual assault sentence in Dawson County. He also served a prison sentence in 1992 for second degree sexual assault.
