Christopher Todd O'Leary - Repeat Sex Offender - Predator

A DeLand sex offender arrested on a charge of molesting a 14-year-old girl posted bail, officials said Wednesday afternoon.

Christopher Todd O'Leary, 34, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging him with lewd and lascivious molestation. O'Leary is accused of molesting the girl in March 2008.

According to a sheriff's charging affidavit, O'Leary picked up the girl on March 7, 2008, to take her to a motorcycle event at Daytona International Speedway. Instead he took the girl shopping at several stores at a Sanford mall and entered the dressing rooms when the girl tried on her clothes.

After the shopping trip, O'Leary drove toward Daytona Beach and started touching the victim's thighs close to her genitals. He then pulled over and parked on a dirt road and tried to unbutton the girl's shorts, telling her, "Come on baby, I need your help," the charging affidavit states.

O'Leary then put his hand in the girl's pants and touched her inappropriately, authorities said.
