Father Accused of Murdering Son Now Faces Child Pornography Charges

The man identified as the suspect in the death of his seven year old son now has something else to answer for: child pornography.

The Iberia Parish Sheriff's Office tells us Michael Miller now faces additional charges after investigators found child pornography on his computer.

This is the same man who told deputies he accidentally fell on his son Dylan Louviere while putting up the family Christmas tree.

Iberia parish sheriff's deputies say it happened at the 36 year old man's home on Coteau Road.

Doctors at Iberia Medical Center told investigators the boy's injuries were not consistent with the father's story and miller was charged with second degree murder.

The sheriff's office tells us Miller remains behind bars with an increased bond now totaling $535,000.
