Judge Campbell found Lees guilty, but it turns out that he is facing similar charges in Franklin County, Champaign County and in Springfield and Kent, Ohio.
A Springfield man is facing more than two decades in prison after he was accused of sending child pornography to who he thought was a teenage girl.
James Lees actually sent the pictures to a Fairborn police detective. However, News Center 7 found out that Lees was charged with doing the same thing in several other communities.
In court, Lees admitted to soliciting sex, importuning and sending child pornography to the Fairborn detective. He is 40-years-old and is facing a maximum of 25 years in prison.
Lees admitted to Judge Timothy Campbell the actions that he did last July. He used his computer to solicit sex from who he thought was a 14-year-old girl. During the chats, Lees also sent photos, police said.
Authorities said in the process of communicating with the officer, Lees transmitted numerous photos of minor children in different states of nudity.
Judge Campbell found Lees guilty, but it turns out that he is facing similar charges in Franklin County, Champaign County and in Springfield and Kent, Ohio.
The judge ordered Lees to receive a psychological evaluation before he is sentenced.
