A Whitesville, Kentucky man is arrested, accused of soliciting sex online from what he thought was a thirteen year old girl.
It was really an Owensboro police detective.
Police say 40-year-old Larry Richards agreed to meet the girl in Owensboro so the two could get a motel room and have sex. Police arrested Richards at the agreed upon location. Police say he had condoms and a digital camera in his truck.
