Donnie Joe Pullen was arrested on Wednesday evening for Child Molestation and Criminal Trespass. The female involved is 13 years old.
Seven days prior, Sgt Jack Bunting had issued a trespass warning to Donnie Joe Pullen that under no circumstances was he allowed at the female juvenile's residence.
On Wednesday evening, a friend of the family found the 13 year old naked in her house with the 31 year old Pullen.
When Captain Fred Black arrived at the residence, Donnie Joe Pullen was in the front yard without a shirt.
The 2 were transported to Public Safety. DEFACs was called. Investigator Chris Jordan interviewed the 2 with the end result an arrest of Mr Pullen. The address listed on the jail report was "homeless".
