PORTLAND, Ore. -- A repeat sex offender who failed to meet his parole officer earlier this month is wanted by Multnomah County authorities.
Travis Raymond, who abused a 14-year-old in Nevada and 5-year-old in Oregon, is last known to live in the Mill Park neighborhood of southeast Portland.
Raymond is on parole for assaulting his girlfriend last year.
He is described as white, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 160 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
