A Dayton man twice convicted of indecent exposure was indicted Tuesday for two new charges of indecent exposure for allegedly exposing himself and masturbating in front of two girls in the Family Dollar parking lot on West Beverly Street in Staunton in the afternoon of Aug. 22.
Edward Sutherly, 38, allegedly lifted himself out of his car seat while parked next to two girls, ages, 18 and 10, police said.
Sutherly appears on the Virginia State Police sex offender registry for two indecent exposure convictions, both of which indicate multiple prior convictions as well.
