A New Haven man is behind bars who is accused of purchasing sex toys for a 10-year-old child and then molesting her.

32-year-old John Tester faces numerous criminal charges including child molesting, and possession of child pornography.
Police say he took pictures, and video taped the child in various stages of nudity.
