David Rodefer Jr - Repeat Sex Offender - While still on Probation

A convicted sex offender in Chippewa Falls is arrested after police say he sexually assaulted another woman.

David Rodefer Jr. was arrested Thursday morning. A woman called police around 6 a.m., saying she woke up to Rodefer in her home, assaulting her. Police say the woman knows Rodefer but he was not welcome in her home.

Rodefer was convicted of sexual assault in a 2005 case and is still on probation. Charges for the most recent case have not been filed yet.
