Broome County Sheriff's Deputies have arrested a man they say sexually abused a girl under the age of 11. Deputies say Dennis Greene, 67, inappropriately touched the child at his Binghamton home last month.
Greene is a registered level one sex offender. He has been charged with sexual abuse and is being held at the Broome County Sheriff's Correctional Facility without bail.
