An Enola man who was twice convicted of possessing child pornography was sentenced by a Cumberland County judge this afternoon to 25 to 50 years in state prison. Jeffrey W. Baker, 32, had served 5 years' probation on his first child porn conviction stemming from an offense in 2001.
District Attorney David Freed said Baker was told he would face the mandatory state prison term before a county jury convicted him a second time on 29 counts of possessing child porn.
Authorities said Baker's Internet provider alerted them in December 2007 that he had downloaded child porn. A search of Baker's home yielded dozens of videos of children engaging in sex, investigators said.
