Norman Norfleet - Repeat Sex Offender - Charged with molesting 2 year old

A registered sex offender was arraigned Wednesday morning on charges of molesting a 2-year-old child.

Norman Norfleet was charged with two counts of gross sexual imposition against the child. Norfleet is accused of molesting the child on two occasions, once in February and again on May 6. He was ordered held on $1.5 million bond.

Norfleet was convicted of attempted rape and gross sexual imposition in 1992. The victim in that incident was a female child.

The Ohio sex offender registry listed Norfleet as a tier 3 sex offender. He has also used the alias Herold Lambert.
