A disturbing case of child sexual assault coming out of Bishop.
A Russian immigrant, living in San Francisco, met a 12 year old Bishop girl on the internet.
Tuesday, 21 year old Boris Babadz-Hahor is in the Nueces County Jail facing charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child, indecency with a child and burglary of a habitation.
According to police reports, Babadz-Hahor flew in from San Francisco over the weekend to have sex with the child. He was discovered in a closet by the girl's mother and was arrested by Bishop police.
The suspect is being held on a $150,000 bond.
