Christopher Lance Neale - Repeat Sex Offender - Scumbag Judge gives only 11 years on his 57th conviction

Of his 56 convictions spanning from 1971 to 2005, nine were for sexual offences involving minors, both boys and girls. He was convicted in Edmonton in 1987 of buggery, sexual assault and gross indecency for sexual acts with four boys, two of whom were assaulted over several years in return for money and, in one case, a car.

In 1990, he was convicted of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old boy he met while he was a director of a church outreach program. In 1993, he was convicted of sexual interference for coercing a 13-year-old boy to perform fellatio, as well as for raping an 11-year-old girl in 1971.

A sexual predator who plied pubescent street kids with food, drugs and money for sex has been declared a long-term offender.

Christopher Lance Neale, 55, was sentenced to 11 years in prison on Thursday. Once he is released, he will be subject to a long-term probation order for 10 years.

The Crown wanted Neale — a repeat offender — declared a dangerous offender, which would entail a prison sentence with no set release date.

B.C Supreme Court Justice Bruce Josephson found Neale met the requirements for a dangerous offender designation, but exercised his discretion to instead declare him a long-term offender.

“I come to [the] conclusion as I am satisfied that his age on release together with the options available under the long-term offender provisions are sufficient to reduce the risk that Mr. Neale poses to the community to an acceptable level,” the judge concluded.

Neale was found guilty of sexually assaulting two 13-year-old girls, two counts of procuring sex from under-age girls, and one count of inviting sexual touching involving a 12-year-old girl. He was also found guilty of trafficking in methamphetamine and cocaine, and impersonation for giving police a false name.

The three street kids had been living with Neale, who offered them food, shelter and drugs in return for sex. He has been held in the Surrey remand centre since he was arrested at his Guildford apartment in Sept. 2003.

Bribery is a recurring theme in Neale’s manipulation and vicious attacks against children.
