Memphis police say a registered sex offender is accused of exposing himself to three children in a public bathroom.
According to a police affidavit, it happened at Peabody Place in a public restroom, Thursday, September 17, 2009.
The police document states a 7-year-old boy told police that he was washing his hands when a man who was in a stall opened the door. The boy says the man stood in the stall naked and was shaking his genitals.
A 6-year-old boy told investigators, when he was in the restroom washing his hands, he looked in the mirror and saw a naked man who was standing in a stall. The child says he went to tell his 9-year-old brother who was in the last stall. The 9-year-old says he opened his door and also saw the naked man. According to the affidavit, the man also looked under the 9-year-old’s stall.Police say registered sex offender 58-year-old Earnest Langford has been charged with Indecent Exposure in this case.
In 2007, Langford was charged with three counts of Indecent Exposure with a child under the age of 13, according to the police affidavit.
