Kirk Vandepanne - Repeat Sex Offender - Caught with more Child Pornography

State troopers have arrested a registered sex offender in Montcalm County for child pornography.

They arrested Kirk Vandepanne of Howard City during a probation check Friday night.

Vandepanne was convicted in 2007 for distributing child porn. When troopers went to his home they found another disk with multiple images of naked children. He was arrested and charged with possession of child pornography. He is being held at the Montcalm County Jail on a $10,000 bond.

He now faces charges for possession of child pornography and is due back in court later this month.
