Ronnie Coffee - Receives 10 years and prison attack from Repeat Sex Offender Christopher Lukacs

A man was sentenced to prison Monday after admitting to child sex charges.

Ronnie Coffee pleaded guilty to two counts of gross sexual imposition in exchange for a 10-year prison sentence.

He had been charged with six counts of rape related to incidents involving two victims under age 13 years old that police said took place between 1984 and 2004.

Coffee, who must register as a Tier II sex offender, received credit for 327 days served in jail while he awaited trial.

Another inmate attacked Coffee in March at the Hamilton County Justice Center.

Police said Christopher Lukacs, a convicted sex offender who was sentenced to life in prison earlier this year after prosecutors said he repeatedly raped his 4-year-old daughter, punched Coffee in the face with an improvised weapon.

The blow punctured Coffee's cheek and knocked out one of his teeth.

A man convicted of raping his own daughter will spend the rest of his life in prison.

Christopher Lukacs, 28, was charged with four counts of rape and one count of felonious assault last spring after a relative found the girl naked in her home.

The girl required hospital treatment for injuries suffered during the assault.

Lukacs had been a registered sex offender since 2000 when he was found guilty of having sex with a 12-year-old girl.

The girl's mother is accused of child endangering for knowing of the assaults and doing nothing about them.
Lukacs was convicted last month and sentenced to life in prison without parole on Tuesday. He still faces charges of allegedly assaulting an inmate at the Hamilton County Justice Center last month.
