A convicted pedophile refused to leave his cell for a court appearance Thursday morning.
A judge will now issue a drag order against Phillip Young.
The 44-year-old Young is accused of repeatedly molesting a young teenage boy while working as a case worker at the Buffalo Urban League.Young was previously convicted of sodomizing an 11 year-old boy back in 1995.
What is raising additional concern is that Young was hired by the Urban League despite being a registered sex offender.
If convicted, he could spend the next three decades behind bars.
