Investigators warn that Trew is a high threat to children.
The hunt is expanding for a Stockton man allegedly involved in child pornography and who police believe is a threat to children.
Police are looking for 55-year-old Stephen Trew.
He's facing facing five counts of having child and police say back in 19-92, Trew was arrested for inappropriate sexual misconduct with minors.
Even through he was never convicted, police say he remains a threat to children.
Trew's mother, who lives in Lodi, spoke with CBS13 and said her son is innocent of any wrongdoing.
A half a million dollar warrant was issued for Trew's arrest yesterday.
