A Tioga County man convicted of distributing child pornography is sentenced in Binghamton Federal Court. Paul Wyak, 36, of Spencer will spend the next seven and a half years in prison and will be under supervision for the rest of his life.
Police recovered Wyak's computer and other evidence from his home last March, revealing he distributed 22 images of child pornography to a man in Michigan.

An assistant US Attorney for the Northern District of New York tells us a total of 350 images were found in his possession.
