Kevin Odette - Takes a plea

A Genesee County man suspected of molesting more than 70 children has agreed to a plea deal.

Kevin Odette's attorney says his client will plead guilty to several charges -- including six counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct -- later this month.

Last fall investigators found dozens of explicit homemade DVDs at his Vienna Township home.

Odette's attorney says his client agreed to the deal so the victims wouldn't have to testify at trial.
