The Citrus County Sheriffs Office arrested a Crystal River Middle School math teacher for five counts of possession of child pornography.
Police found multiple files of child pornography on Mark Lachowicz's computer, e-mail and storage devices.
After police interviewed Lachowicz, the middle school's resource officer took the teacher into the Citrus County Detention Center. Lachowicz denied ever meeting a child in person or having explicit conversations with minors.
Lachowicz's bond has been set at $50,000 and has resigned from the Citrus County School District.

hi mr.lachowicz i was one of your students this year our class did not like you at all and you were a freak we all were disipointed in you when we found out we always thought you were a bad guy and we diffently found out that you are a freak i agree with the mom your wife shouldent of bailed you out you should of payed for what you did its rediculous but now your a big disgrase to our middle school less people will go there thinking that is a bad school for our kids because of you thanks alot i garrentee you that every teacher was disapointed in you well i think you should be in jail right now and p.s why would you ruin your life idiot
