Reginald Alexander targeted a 14-year-old girl when he was 40 years old, police say. Now they say he's failed to register as a sex offender.
Alexander, now 44, was convicted for sexual battery in 2003 out of Erie County. He got out of prison a year later, moved to Toledo and must register with Lucas County every 90 days.
Deputies say he failed to show up last December and is now wanted on a felony charge.
Alexander last lived in the 2300 block of Lawrence. He stands 5 ft. 9 in. and weighs 170 lbs. If you've seen him, call CrimeStopper at 419-255-1111.
