Lucas County Sheriff's deputies need you help finding William Millard, a rapist who targeted a four-year old, six--year old and 22-year-old man.
Most recently, the sexual predator tricked a 22-year-old victim after saying he'd show him a magic trick. Then police say Millard tied up that victim, asked him if he could escape and tried to put his hand down the victim's pants.

Millard served five years in prison and must now register with the county every 90 days for life. He failed to do so since January of last year -- and that is a felony.
Millard last lived on Navarre in the city of Oregon. He stands 6 ft. tall and weighs 232 lbs.
