Twenty two year old Derrick Williams has been formally charged with two counts of child molestation and one count of sexual battery.
A judge set bond at $500,000.
Jones County Deputies believe Williams fondled three children at his mother's daycare in Moselle. The daycare is called New Beginning's.
The boys and girls were between 4 to 5 years old.
Deputies say the incidents happened between October 2008 to December 2008.
The children originally reported the event, and a further investigation was conducted.
As of now, the daycare is still open. His mother declined to comment.
Williams remains in the Jones County Adult Detention Center. He did not post bond.
