Local scumbag Michael Wayne Moore, apparently a 44-year-old member of now-disbanded North American Man/Boy Love Association (not really, but maybe), has been caught again. According to police, he approached a 15-year-old boy in a hospital waiting room and offered $100 for sex acts. He then proceeded to touch the kid in not-cool ways and lift up his shirt. The smart young man got up and immediately reported Wayne's proposition to hospital staff, who called police.
Wayne has a history of sex crimes, which includes an aggravated rape in Putnam County in 1990, for which he received 20 years. He's now charged with sexual battery and solicitation of a minor. Wayne also didn't notify authorities of his new digs, so this would also be his third violation of sex offender registry requirements.
