Larry Coburn - Repeat Sex Offender - He's at it again.......

A convicted sex offender from Randolph County in Indiana is facing new charges for allegedly sending suggestive text messages to a young girl.

Larry Coburn, 44, of Winchester, is accused of sending text messages and pictures to an 11-year-old.

Investigators said Coburn also tried to arrange a meeting with the girl.

Police said they are not sure how the communication started, but said the girl’s father found the messages and called police.

In 2001, Coburn was convicted of soliciting a child under 14.
