Mark A. Fuller - Repeat Sex Offender - ReOffends


Police arrested a 31-year-old Knox man Wednesday morning, March 25, on two charges of Class C sexual abuse of a minor.

Mark A. Fuller was arrested at 11:40 a.m. Waldo County Sheriff’s Department Detective Jason Bosco went to Fuller’s home and picked him up on an outstanding warrant.

According to sheriff's department records, the charges against Fuller stem from two separate incidents in November and December 2008, in Brooks.

Chief Deputy Bob Keating said Fuller is accused of having an ongoing and allegedly consensual sexual relationship with a minor girl, now 15.

Keating said Fuller has a history of sex crimes; he is listed on the State Sex Offender Registry. According to the registry, Fuller was convicted on four charges of sexual abuse of a minor in Waldo County.

Fuller will answer to the charges at Waldo County Superior Court; no appearance date was listed on Fuller’s arrest record.
