Concetta Jackson - 25 year sentence for giving kids in her daycare to pedophile boyfriend

In 2006, after one of the victims came forward, investigators found 1.2 million images of child pornography on Worman's computer, as well as 11,000 video clips of him as he sexually abused children. Worman, who according to a forensic psychiatric evaluation is a pedophile with an antisocial personality disorder, videotaped himself in sexual acts with children as young as six weeks old.

Concetta Jackson knew exactly what she was doing when she took the infant daughters from the arms of their unsuspecting parents and then turned them over to her boyfriend, pedophile John Jackey Worman, authorities say.
Prosecutors said Jackson, who operated a day-care center in her Delaware County home, was the conduit for what they have called the most heinous case involving child pornography they have seen.

Yesterday, Jackson was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Lawrence F. Stengel to 25 years in prison. On Sept 2, 2008, she pleaded guilty to one count of use of a minor to depict sexually explicit conduct.

Jackson is a codefendant of Worman, 42, of Colwyn, who was sentenced last month to 120 years in prison for producing and possessing child pornography. Prosecutors say at least 12 children were victims.

Dorothy Prawdzik of Drexel Hill, a former girlfriend of Worman's, was sentenced in April to 30 years for her part in the sexual exploitation and abuse of her four young nieces.

"I don't believe Connie Jackson was surprised to learn what John Worman was doing with those infants," said Stengel.

Yesterday, dressed in ill-fitting forest green prison garb, Jackson, 47, of Collingdale, stood facing her victims in court.

"I'm sorry it happened," she said as her victims sobbed. "I'm sorry it ever got this far."

Letters from her victims read in court had harsh words for Jackson. "You deserve everything that comes your way," one wrote.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Michelle Rotella said Jackson did what it took to save her relationship with Worman, including sacrificing her own four children for his pleasure.
Jackson met Worman when he was hired to make repairs in the house she was renting. After he moved in, Jackson allowed Worman to install hidden cameras in the only bathroom so he could videotape her children. He promised Jackson rent in return. She also helped him lure younger female infants through her babysitting service.

A psychologist and forensic psychiatrist both described Jackson as having borderline intellectual function, with an IQ of 79, suffering from depression and having a "dependent personality disorder." She was physically abused by her first husband, they said.

They described her relationship with Worman as "toxic."
