St. Petersburg police have arrested a man they say exposed and fondled himself in front of a 16-year-old boy.
Officers say registered sex offender David Ezra Jackson, 51, was in a large white Ford van Monday when he asked the teen walking down 15th Avenue South near 11th Street if he needed a ride.
The boy told police Jackson was nude from the waist down and started to touch himself as he was talking to teen around 6:20 p.m.
Jackson was taken to Pinellas County Jail on Tuesday on a charge of violation of conditional release. He was convicted in 2000 of lewd and lascivious assault on a child under 16.
