A Watertown man is in jail, accused of being a fugitive from justice in Connecticut.
John L. Bushaw, 29, 24480 Route 11, is wanted on charges of enticing a minor, risk of injury to a minor and harassment.
Bushaw is a Level 2 registered sex offender in New York State for a 2000 sodomy conviction involving a three-year boy, according to the state's sex offender registry website.
