Mandan authorities want you to know about a sex offender who has just moved to town.
James Schuck is living at 709 4th Street South West Mandan.
22 year old Schuck has two prior sex convictions involving kids.
Two years ago he solicited a 15 year old for sex in Burleigh County.
In 1998 he was convicted of raping an 8 year old girl.
Schuck is a high risk offender and has to tell authorities where he lives.
