A 35-year-old man has been indicted on allegations of distribution and possession of child pornography by a federal grand jury in Fort Worth.
The indictment, handed down Wednesday, alleges that in January 2005, Jason K. Ware transferred a video of a child having sex with an adult over the Internet. Two months later, the indictment alleges that Mr. Ware possessed five computer files that included pornographic images of children.
If convicted, he faces up to 30 years in prison and a $500,000 fine.
