Albert Charles Burgess - Repeat Sex Offender

The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Albert Charles Burgess of 826 Kanuga Rd., for third degree sexual exploitation of a minor.

Burgess, who is a registered sex offender in Henderson County, was arrested without incident at his residence on Thursday. He was later released after posting a $20,000 bond.

The arrest was the result of a joint investigation between U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, U.S. Postal Inspections and the Henderson County Sheriff’s Sex Offender Registration and Tracking Investigator. Further charges are expected, according to the sheriff’s office.
