A registered sex offender recently released from prison was arrested Monday for allegedly masturbating in front of two young girls at a Colma Target store, police announced Tuesday.
William Lemay, a 49-year-old transient, was arrested and booked with no bail for alleged lewd and obscene conduct and parole violation, according to the Colma Police Department.
Officers were called around 3:10 p.m. to the Target store, located at 5001 Junipero Serra Blvd., according to police.
Lemay was said to be masturbating underneath his clothes at different times and in different locations in the store in front of an 8-year-old and an 11-year-old girl, according to police.
He was released from prison four days prior and was on parole for obscene conduct.
He is also a registered sex offender in Alameda County, according to police.
