A Franklin man is charged with child sex crimes.
Police say they arrested Samuel Parker Drewry at the end of a six-month investigation.
It started in March when police say a man reported being abused as a boy in 1985. That led investigators to another person who also alleged abuse in 1985 and again in 1997.Drewry, 55, was arrested in August on three counts of aggravated sexual battery and is free on bond, according to police.
Investigators say Drewry was involved with Boy Scouts for several years. but they won't confirm how Drewry came in contact with his accusers. The investigation continues and police say there may be other cases connected to Drewry.
